Uncharted Terroir Trail Challenge Presented by Hunt Country Vineyards

Enjoy a daytime trail run through the vineyards, farmland and wooded areas at Hunt Country Vineyards on Keuka Lake. Upon packet pick-up, participants will receive a bottle of choice of Hunt Country’s Uncharted Terroir wines ($20 value). Post-race celebration includes a catered taco feast, dessert goodies, complimentary wine tasting ($12 value), entertainment, and more! Plan to stay awhile as we enjoy the beautiful Fall weather in the Finger Lakes region!

When: Sunday, May 7, 2023

Time: 10:00 AM EST Start

Where: Hunt Country Vineyards on Keuka Lake (4021 Italy Hill Road, Branchport, NY 14418). Free and ample parking is available on the winery grounds.

What: Trail run with distance options to include your choice of 4-, 8-, and 12-mile course.

Cost: $75 – includes run with timing by Robinhood Racing, bottle of wine ($20 value), wine tasting ($12 value), and taco feast…and other awesome entertainment on-site following the race, including live music! Note: Additional Taco Feast Meal ($15) and Wine Tasting ($12) tickets available for purchase for family and friends who join you at Hunt Country on race day.

Packet Pickup: Thursday 5/4 (noon-6pm), Friday 5/5 (noon-6pm), and Saturday 5/6 (10am-2pm) at Rochester Running Company, located at 1387 Mt Hope Ave, Rochester, NY 14620. Race Day Packet Pick-up will be available from 9am-9:45am near the race start line at Hunt Country Vineyards.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

NOT FEELING WELL, or SICK? Get your money back! That’s right. We’d rather pay you to stay home.  If you sign up and don’t feel good, have a temperature, think you might feel off, let us know and please do not show up.

AID STATION: We WILL have an aid station at the start and loop switches (every 4-ish miles) on the course however it doesn’t hurt to bring your own nutrition, water etc. Note: This is a cup-less race so please bring your own hydration system. We will supply the water and Gatorade (or Gatorade-like) refill stations.

TRANSPORTATION: Please consider carpooling to this race as it is about 1:15 hours if traveling from the Rochester area. Enjoy the beautiful drive with friends and family!
