You can also park at Valentown as there will be a shuttle to the start line. \nWhat: A 13 mile trail race.  Ending with Olive Garden. \nWhy: Its the best trail race you can run right now \nCost:\nApril 1 – July 31: $55 + processing fee\nAugust 1- August 30: $60 +processing fee\nSept 1 – Race Day: $65 +processing fee \nFinisher Medal: NEW this year – See below! \n(Includes you guessed it.. Unlimited Breadsticks!)**USATF Members get discount $10 taken off at checkout** \nT-Shirt: Register by September 1 to get a Race T-Shirt \nPacket Pickup: Friday September 26 12-6p and Saturday 27 from 10a-12p at Rochester Running Company.\nOn Race Day we will be at the Start location from 7:00am – 8:00am \nPost Race Party: TBD \nParticipant Caps: 200 Runners \nAID STATIONS: We WILL have aid stations sponsored by Tailwind on the course however it doesn’t hurt to bring your own nutrition\, water etc.
