DESCRIPTION:New for 2023: SECOND Tuesday this season!  \nDescription: Join us on the SECOND Tuesday of every month for a 5K race along the river.  The course will remain the same throughout the summer so you’ll get the chance to compare your progress throughout the year. **Keep in mind the River Path is a PUBLIC path\, so there will be other runners\, walkers and bikers on the path\, please be aware of your surroundings\, headphones are discouraged** \nPeople of all speeds and abilities are welcome and encouraged. Sign up for 1 race or the entire series of 6 races! \nWHAT YOU GET: Officially timed race\, live results\, series leaderboard\, a chance for prizes for each race. Each month you run you are entered into the series race page to see how your time stacks up throughout the entire series. \nThose who registered for the series prior to May 9th (Race 2) get a FREE 16oz Can Cooler (Limited to first 100)  \nYou must complete 4/6 races to be eligible to win overall series awards!  (Age Group and Series)  Each race will have a small give-away (expect a nutrition item or small running related knick-knack) \nVibe: Low frills\, everyone encouraging each other to do their best.  Fast times\, slow times… lets make some memories. \nRegistration: Opens February 15th \nPacket Pickup for ALL RACES\nMonday Prior to Race Day: 11-7 at Rochester Running Company\nTuesday DAY OF RACE: 11- 4 at Rochester Running Company (hard cut off at 4PM) and 5:30 – 6:15 PM at the course \nWhen: April 11\, May 9\, June 13\, July 11\, August 8\, September 12 \nRace starts at 6:15pm SHARP at the River Path \nRace Map: Same for 2022 – Same Start Finish this year\nSTART/FINISH: Behind Corn Hill Landing Plaza (270 Exchange Blvd) \nCost: $25.00\n(Kids/Young adults under 18 years of age are $11.00) \nBundle Option: Sign up for all series races for $100. That’s 6 races and a CamelBak Stainless Steel Can Cooler. Run our Trails will be the the LAST Tuesday of every month (April – September) We will be reserving the Hopkins Point Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park for restroom access. The plan is to run the various trails around Mendon Ponds Park\, each month will be a different trail with a slightly different distance as well.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 34th Annual Jungle Jog 5k run and walk!\nSunday\, July 16\, 2023\, Seneca Park\, 2222 St. Paul Street Rochester NY –   8 a.m. \nJoin us for our annual Jungle Jog 5k\, the 2nd of a three-race series celebrating the transformation of the Seneca Park Zoo. This year’s medal will interlock with 2022 brining together another piece of the puzzle as we move one step closer to new experiences coming to the Zoo. Don’t miss the chance to continue your collection! \nThis year’s race is featured in Rochester Runner of the Year Series for 2023! \nBring a Water Bottle!\nThis year we continue the commitment to our mission of conserving wildlife and wild places by keeping this a ‘cupless’ race. We are encouraging all participants to bring a full bottle of water with them to use during the race. We will provide one refill station along the 3-mile route and at the finish line.
