This route should reopen around 9:00 a.m.\nTitus Avenue will close between Portland Ave and Kings Hwy starting at 7:30 a.m. and will reopen after the parade concludes\, roughly 1:30 p.m.\n\nParking:\n\nRace participants can park at Saint Kateri/Christ the King Church (445 Kings Highway S. Rochester\, NY 14617)\nParking will only be available on Town Hall Campus by special permit and handicap permit ONLY.\nSome surrounding businesses may provide their lots for parking depending on availability.\nPlease remain aware and safe when parking on town streets.
