DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nRun our Trails will be the the LAST Tuesday of every month (April – September) We will be reserving the rotating parks in Mendon Ponds Park for restroom access. The plan is to run the various trails around Mendon Ponds Park\, each month will be a different trail with a slightly different distance as well. \nWhen:\nRace 1 – April 29 Hopkins Point\nRace 2 – May 27 Devil’s Bathtub\nRace 3 – June 24 Lookout Shelter\nRace 4 – July 29 Calvary Lodge\nRace 5 – August 26 Canfield Woods\nRace 6 – September 30 Hopkins Point \nWhere: Hopkins Point\, Mendon Ponds Park \nTime: 6:15pm – Each Month \nCost: $100 – Series OR $25.00 per race\n(Kids/Young adults under 18 years of age are $50.00 or $11.00 per race) \nDistance:\nApril – 3ish Miles\nMay – 4ish Miles\nJune – 5ish Miles\nJuly – 5ish Miles\nAugust – 4ish Miles\nSeptember – 3ish Miles\n \nVibe: Low frills\, everyone encouraging each other to do their best.  Fast times\, slow times… lets make some memories. People of all speeds and abilities are welcome and encouraged. \nWhat you get: Officially timed race\, live results\, series leaderboard\, a chance for prizes for each race. Each month you run you are entered into the series race page to see how your time stacks up throughout the entire series \nPost Race: \n\nBeer for 21+\, soft drinks and water for all\nPizza for all\nResults will be uploaded online following the race.\n\nParking: Various Lodges within Mendon Ponds Park \nBathrooms: Will be open within the Park \nSeries Runners SWAG: First 100 who Sign up will get a Run Our Trails Lunch box from Kleen Kanteen! \nPacket Pickup: Packet Pickup for ALL RACES \n\nMonday Prior to Race Day: 12-6 at Rochester Running Company\nTuesday DAY OF RACE: 11- 3 at Rochester Running Company (hard cut off at 3PM) and 5:30 – 6:00 PM at the course\n\nRun our River: Sign Up\nJoin us on the SECOND Tuesday of every month for a 5K race along the Genesee River.  The course will remain the same throughout the summer so you’ll get the chance to compare your progress throughout the year.

DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nCome run the best Cross Country races in Upstate NY for Open and Master’s runners. Individual and Club members compete for individual age group prizes and team awards. Members of Upstate NY Clubs compete for Series points\, awards\, and bragging rights. Championship Day is Sunday\, November 9th. \nThese races are for the most experienced runners as well as beginners to the sport of Cross Country running. It’s fun for all and anyone may participate. The PGXC series is now in its 34th year with five races hosted by local clubs in locations throughout the Western NY. \nPGXC Series Awards: Overall winners M/W – $100 Wegman’s gift card\,    Age Group winners in 10 year increments – $50 Wegman’s gift card\,   Top 10 in every age group – Wagner Vineyards Riesling\,   Top 3 teams in each age group will receive awards \nRegistration:  All runners are strongly encouraged to pre-register online.

SUMMARY:Wendell Hercules Running with the Angels 5K
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nThis is the 9th year of the St. Peter’s Running with the Angels race. In early 2017\, we lost the race founder\, Wendell Hercules\, a staple member of the church\, the community\, and the Rochester running scene in recent years.
