DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nRun our Trails will be the the LAST Tuesday of every month (April – September) We will be reserving the rotating parks in Mendon Ponds Park for restroom access. The plan is to run the various trails around Mendon Ponds Park\, each month will be a different trail with a slightly different distance as well. \nWhen:\nRace 1 – April 28 Hopkins Point\nRace 2 – May 26 West Lodge\nRace 3 – June 30 Canfield Woods\nRace 4 – July 28 Calvary House\nRace 5 – August 25 Lookout Shelter\nRace 6 – September 29 Hopkins Point \nWhere: Hopkins Point\, Mendon Ponds Park \nTime: 6:15pm – Each Month \nCost: $100 – Series OR $25.00 per race\n(Kids/Young adults under 18 years of age are $50.00 or $11.00 per race) \nDistance:\nApril – 3ish Miles\nMay – 4ish Miles\nJune – 5ish Miles\nJuly – 5ish Miles\nAugust – 4ish Miles\nSeptember – 3ish Miles\n \nVibe: Low frills\, everyone encouraging each other to do their best.  Fast times\, slow times… lets make some memories. People of all speeds and abilities are welcome and encouraged. \nWhat you get: Officially timed race\, live results\, series leaderboard\, a chance for prizes for each race. Each month you run you are entered into the series race page to see how your time stacks up throughout the entire series. \nPost Race: \n\nBeer for 21+\, soft drinks and water for all\nPizza for all\nResults will be uploaded online following the race.\n\nParking: Various Lodges within Mendon Ponds Park \nBathrooms: Will be open within the Park \nSeries Runners SWAG: First 90 who Sign up will get a Run Our Trails shoe bag! Limited edition. Most likely will increase in value and will be worth millions on eBay in 10-15 years. \n-or- grab a discount\n-or- an RRC gift card! Your choice. \nPacket Pickup: Packet Pickup for ALL RACES \n\nMonday Prior to Race Day: 12-6 at Rochester Running Company\nTuesday DAY OF RACE: 11- 3 at Rochester Running Company (hard cut off at 3PM) and 5:30 – 6:00 PM at the course\n\nRun our River: Sign Up\nJoin us on the SECOND Tuesday of every month for a 5K race along the Genesee River.  The course will remain the same throughout the summer so you’ll get the chance to compare your progress throughout the year.

SUMMARY:Duvall Farms Goat Run 4 Mile Race
DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nAre you the GOAT? 🐐🏃🏻‍♀️🐐🏃‍♂️ \nJoin us on May 3rd at 10:00am at Duvall Farms located at 6555 State Route 5&20 Bloomfield for our 3rd Annual Goat Run!\nThis 4 mile run/ walk around the beautiful farm fields of Bloomfield will start at Duvall Farms (where approximately 1/8 mile will be on the grass heading out to the road) and complete a 4 mile loop around the country side ending back at the farm. This is a moderate course and does have rolling hills (just how goats like it!)\nBaby Goats and other petting zoo animals will be at the farm to visit before\, during and after the race. \nRaffles & Giveaways \n$35 per person \nIncludes Shirt if registered by April 19th. After that shirts are not guaranteed. \nEach finisher will receive a medal.\nOverall Winner & Masters Awards. \nWe also will have top 3 runners per age group who will receive an additional award. \nPack pick up will be at Duvall Farms 6555 State Route 5&20 \nFriday 5/1 12:00-6:00pm\nSaturday 5/2 12:00-6:00pm\nSunday 5/3 8:30-9:45am \nProceeds to benefit our rescue goats & sheep at our farm. \nWe love your pups but please keep them home for this race. Thank you.
