DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nRun our Trails will be the the LAST Tuesday of every month (April – September) We will be reserving the rotating parks in Mendon Ponds Park for restroom access. The plan is to run the various trails around Mendon Ponds Park\, each month will be a different trail with a slightly different distance as well. \nWhen:\nRace 1 – April 28 Hopkins Point\nRace 2 – May 26 West Lodge\nRace 3 – June 30 Canfield Woods\nRace 4 – July 28 Calvary House\nRace 5 – August 25 Lookout Shelter\nRace 6 – September 29 Hopkins Point \nWhere: Hopkins Point\, Mendon Ponds Park \nTime: 6:15pm – Each Month \nCost: $100 – Series OR $25.00 per race\n(Kids/Young adults under 18 years of age are $50.00 or $11.00 per race) \nDistance:\nApril – 3ish Miles\nMay – 4ish Miles\nJune – 5ish Miles\nJuly – 5ish Miles\nAugust – 4ish Miles\nSeptember – 3ish Miles\n \nVibe: Low frills\, everyone encouraging each other to do their best.  Fast times\, slow times… lets make some memories. People of all speeds and abilities are welcome and encouraged. \nWhat you get: Officially timed race\, live results\, series leaderboard\, a chance for prizes for each race. Each month you run you are entered into the series race page to see how your time stacks up throughout the entire series. \nPost Race: \n\nBeer for 21+\, soft drinks and water for all\nPizza for all\nResults will be uploaded online following the race.\n\nParking: Various Lodges within Mendon Ponds Park \nBathrooms: Will be open within the Park \nSeries Runners SWAG: First 90 who Sign up will get a Run Our Trails shoe bag! Limited edition. Most likely will increase in value and will be worth millions on eBay in 10-15 years. \n-or- grab a discount\n-or- an RRC gift card! Your choice. \nPacket Pickup: Packet Pickup for ALL RACES \n\nMonday Prior to Race Day: 12-6 at Rochester Running Company\nTuesday DAY OF RACE: 11- 3 at Rochester Running Company (hard cut off at 3PM) and 5:30 – 6:00 PM at the course\n\nRun our River: Sign Up\nJoin us on the SECOND Tuesday of every month for a 5K race along the Genesee River.  The course will remain the same throughout the summer so you’ll get the chance to compare your progress throughout the year.

DESCRIPTION:MCC’s 18th annual family-friendly walk/run is open to the MCC community\, alumni\, the Rochester community and beyond. You can choose to participate in-person or virtually!\n\nSCHOLARSHIP DRAWING for current MCC student participants after the 5K. A total of $5\,000 in scholarships will be awarded at the tailgate party following the race!\nREGISTER\n\n\nHelp us reach our goal of raising $20\,000 to help students with the resources they deserve to complete their education at MCC. DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nCome run the best Cross Country races in Upstate NY for Open and Master’s runners. Individual and Club members compete for individual age group prizes and team awards. Members of Upstate NY Clubs compete for Series points\, awards\, and bragging rights. Championship Day is Sunday\, November 9th. \nThese races are for the most experienced runners as well as beginners to the sport of Cross Country running. It’s fun for all and anyone may participate. The PGXC series is now in its 35th year with five races hosted by local clubs in locations throughout the Western NY. \nPGXC Series Awards: Overall winners M/W – $100 Wegman’s gift card\,    Age Group winners in 10 year increments – $50 Wegman’s gift card\,   Top 10 in every age group – Wagner Vineyards Riesling\,   Top 3 teams in each age group will receive awards \nRegistration:  All runners are strongly encouraged to pre-register online.
