DESCRIPTION:REGISTER\nA local Classic through the heart of Irondequoit\, NY\n10K Race / 2 Mile Family Fun Run \nWhen:\n\nFriday\, July 4\, 2026\n\nStart times:\n\n7:45 am – 2 Mile Race\n8:15 am – 10K Race **1.5 Hour Time Limit**\n\nWhere:\n\nParking is at Town Hall\n*Race start and finish lines are at the Irondequoit Town Hall\nBathrooms near the start/finish lines at the town hall.\nRace Day Packet Pickup is at Town Hall\n\nCost:\n\n10K\n\n$35 (race open – June 31)\n$40 (July 1- Day of Race)\n\n\n\n\n2 Mile Fun Run\n\n$25 (race open– June 31)\n$30 (July 1- Day of Race)\n\n\nBoth Races! We extended the time between races so that you can do both races if you choose! There is a 30 minute time difference between the races so you will need to complete the 2-mile in 25 minutes if you choose to do both.\n\nYour Race Registration Includes:\n\nChip timing\nRace Shirts (for both 10K and 2-mile) — Sign up by June 20 to guarantee your size\n10K Prize/Awards Categories:\n\nOverall 1st\, 2nd\, 3rd place Male and Female\nOverall 1st place Male and Female Masters (40+)\n\n\n 10K Recognition Categories:\n\n1st\, 2nd\, and 3rd place for Male and Female in each age group:\n14 & under\, 15-19\, 20-24\, 25-29\, 30-34\, 35-39\, 40-44\, 45-49\,50-54\, 55-59\, 60-64\, 65-69\, 70-74\, 75+\n\n\n\nPacket Pickup:\n\nJuly 2nd –12pm- 6pm – Rochester Running Company (1387 Mt Hope Ave Rochester NY 14620)\nJuly 3rd — 5:30pm-7pm – Irondequoit Rec Center- Out front of the recreation center (450 Skyview Centre Pkwy Suite 200\, Rochester\, NY 14622)\nJuly 4-RACE DAY — 6:15am – 7:30am- Irondequoit Town Hall (1280 Titus Ave)- Under tents near the start and finish lines\n\nAid Stations/Post Race:\n\nThree water stops on course\, plus water and post-race food available.\n\nCourse Map: View an approximate (distances are not exact):\n\n10K –  Irondequoit 10K\n2 Mile – 2 Mile Route\n**COURSE IS NOT CLOSED\, YOU ARE RUNNING THROUGH NEIGHBORHOODS BE AWARE OF CARS/TRAFFIC**\n\n4th of July Road Closures:\n\nKings Hwy will close at 7:30 a.m. starting at Titus for the 10K race/2 Mile Fun Run. This route should reopen around 9:00 a.m.\nTitus Avenue will close between Portland Ave and Kings Hwy starting at 7:30 a.m. and will reopen after the parade concludes\, roughly 1:30 p.m.\n\nParking:\n\nRace participants can park at the Town Hall\nSome surrounding businesses may provide their lots for parking depending on availability.\nPlease remain aware and safe when parking on town streets.
