DESCRIPTION:EVENT\nRUNNIN’ OF THE GREEN VIRTUAL DETAILS \nMarch 13\, 2021- March 20\, 2021 \nRegistration is now open! Grab your green and hit the streets to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day! You have the option of running 5 miles anywhere you’d like. \nVirtual races can be completed on any course you choose at the time that is convenient to you. You will have one week to complete the course and enter your time online. You will submit your time on HERE! and have the ability to upload photos!  Use hashtag #rotg2021 when uploading to social! \nREGISTRATION DETAILS \n\nNew registrants for the 2021 Virtual 5-Mile race will receive a neck gaiter and long-sleeved cotton t-shirt.\nPacket pickup will be held: Wednesday March 10 through Saturday March 20 at Rochester Running Company between the hours of 11am-7pm Monday- Friday & Saturdays 10am-4pm.\nDeferrals have the option to race in 2021 or 2022. Deferral options must be made by 3/1/2021 *\nFor more registration information\, please see the website at runninofthegreen.com\n\n2021 and 2022 COMBINED REGISTRATION \n\nParticipants can register for both 2021 and 2022 races right now. Register before February 8 and pay only $50 for both races.\nDeferrals have the opportunity to sign up for both races combined at a discounted rate.  If you chose this option\, you have the option of purchasing 2021 swag; however it will not be included in your registration. *\nWe’re excited to be bringing something new for 2022’s Runnin’ of the Green – a medal! Each participant will receive a medal commemorating the race.\nWe are hopeful that we will be able to return to an in-person race in 2022. While there may be some modifications put in place – wave starts\, larger venue\, and added precautions – we are committed to continuing this St. Patrick’s Day tradition.\n\n \nTITLE SPONSOR: YMCA of Greater Rochester \nWe are thankful to be working with the YMCA of Greater Rochester again this year as our primary sponsor. The Y is a non-profit organization within our community whose impact has touched many of our lives throughout the years. We are adding the option to donate to the YMCA this year when you register. \n*DEFERRALS ACTION \nAll deferral options must be chosen by Monday\, March 3\, 2021.  You must take action here.  Please use this link to walk you through the deferral process. Your race will already be found under the deferrals tab in your profile\, you will just need to complete the deferral. \nYou can defer for any of the races available on the site. The deferral is just for the race and does not include any giveaways. If you’d like giveaways for any of the races\, you must purchase separately. If you chose the combined 2021 and 2022 option\, you will receive giveaways for the 2022 event only. 2021 giveaways can be purchased.
