PEF is a private\, non-profit\, 501(c) (3) tax-exempt organization. The goal of PEF is to raise funds to provide grants for school programs that are not supported through the District’s own budget and to support the awarding of scholarships to further the education of Penfield Central School District students. The PEF 5K is the main fundraiser to raise money to support PEF’s grant and scholarship programs.
