Join us for a St. Patrick's Parade Day Tradition! The Runnin' of the Green race is traditionally the unofficial start of the spring running season in Rochester on March 14, 2020! The five mile race is a fast out and back course along the Genesee River.Find out more

The Cystic Fibrosis Margarita Run is a 3.4mile run in Pavilion, on Sunday, May 3rd, 2020. The run will start at 9:00am near the Pavilion Fire Department, with bib pick up beginning at the fire hall at 7:30am. This run/walk is open to all ages and paces. T-shirts are provided to the first 200 registered and post race margaritas will be served to all participants.Find out more
The Sunset House 5K is a fast, challenging, 3.1 mile loop course through residential neighborhoods, starting and finishing at the Irondequoit United Church of Christ. Post race there is plenty of food, refreshments and prizes all within a fun and friendly family atmosphere.Find out more
The Stroll for Strong Kids is a fun-filled event that benefits thousands of children in our community by directly supporting Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center. There will be bounce houses, carnival games and other entertainment for kids.Find out more
This is the fifth annual 5k run and 1 mile walk in memory of Desiree Stockholm who was a Nurse Practitioner at Strong Memorial Hospital. It is a fast, flat, road race through neighborhoods near East Rochester High School. Lets come together and help this family with lost wages and medical expenses.Find out more
Our Team Triathlon begins with a 5k run followed by a 13.1 mile bike ride, and finish with an approximately 1.5 mile canoe/kayak leg. The Oatka 5k run/walk is for all types of runners and walkers The Oatka 5k coincides with the triathlon. We welcome all levels of participants and families. Angels of Mercy, Inc. is proud to hold our 8th Annual 5k run & 1 mile walk on August 15, 2019 and welcome all fitness levels to walk, jog or race with us! This family friendly course encompasses the natural beauty of Meridian Centre Park through flat trails and finishes along the Historic Erie Canal. Proceeds from this event will allow Angels of Mercy to expand their services and support women in our community that have been victims of abuse and trafficking.Find out more
3rd Annual Together We Rise 5k to support The Community Support Center. The Community Support Center is a non-profit in Canandaigua, NY that provides free wellness programming to community members. The race will travel along the north shore of Canandaigua Lake, into Lagoon Park, and back.Find out more
The Lehigh Valley Trail is the former home to one of the most celebrated American railroads of all time: The Lehigh Valley — home of the famous Black Diamond Express passenger train, which ran from New York to Buffalo. If you’re a runner, one of the best ways you can support the Trail and the Mendon Foundation is to run the Black Diamond Express Races!Find out more
The Crosswinds 5K Run/Walk is a community outreach event to benefit the Patient Needs Fund at Wilmot Cancer Institute’s Sands Cancer Center at UR Medicine Thompson Health in Canandaigua. This Fund helps Sands Cancer Center patients who are undergoing active treatment and have identified financial constraints.Find out more
As we embark on our eighth year of the Warrior Walk, we are excited to continue offering our 5K, 10K and 1- mile walk as well as our post-race survivor celebration.
