5K Live Race – Saturday April 10, 2021 10:00am

5K Virtual Race – Friday April 9 (8:00am) to Sunday April 11 (8:00pm)

Where: Lions Park, Gates NY

Registration starts: March 22nd at 8:00am – April 10th (Race Day)

Why: 2021 has been a year of renewed hope as we return to many of the activities that we love doing most.  Join us on April 10th,  the 100th day of the year, as we take that hope out into the streets and run a 5K TOGETHER!

Cost: $24.00 (Includes Bib, T – Shirt, Post race grab and go snack bag)

Virtual 5K Course: Run, Walk or Jog anywhere you want to as long as its 5K!

Packet pick up:
Thursday April 8 11a – 7p at Rochester Running Company
Friday April 9 11a – 7p at Rochester Running Company
Saturday April 10 9a – 10a at Race Location

• COVID – 19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

  • All attendees and Staff are required to wear masks/personal protective gear at all times while in or around the venue
  • Participants must wear masks Pre and Post Race, the mask can be removed DURING the race.
  • Hand Sanitizer will be provided at designated stations
  • Race is limited to 150 participants to keep with social distancing guidelines
  • Maintain social distancing guidelines at check in, packet pick up, and post race
  • Each Participant is required to bring their own hydration if needed, there are no on course water stations
  • Do not congregate before or after the race, Immediately exit the race area following your run
  • There is no awards ceremony, results will be posted online as soon as they are available
  • No Spectators
  • Runners will be spaced out at the starting line following proper guidelines
