Timed Event

The Crosswinds 5K is a beautiful fall race through Canandaigua, New York and it is USATF Certified. This fun and challenging course of 20 years is suitable for the whole family, but also challenging for the serious runner! Enjoy the first downhill mile through the City of Canandaigua and prepare for the ascent of West Lake Road before conquering the final hill through Ferris Hills.

To help celebrate our 20th Year Anniversary, we will have live music from one of our sponsors, the Rolling Heads. They will be playing great hits from the 70’s & 80’s! After the race, stick around to enjoy the post-race breakfast sponsored and prepared by The Love Handles Eatery, followed by the awards ceremony!

Proceeds from this race will go toward The Spot, an organization in Canandaigua that provides school supplies, clothing, food, and shoes to children in need. The Spot now provides to both the Canandaigua and Victor School Districts!
