Join us in-person or virtually for the 13th annual East Avenue Grocery Run to benefit Rochester-area food pantries!

We’re psyched to announce the Grocery Run will be back on November 5th, with all the fun, excitement, camaraderie, competition and feeling-good-while-doing-good vibe you’ve come to know and love, with both in-person and virtual options.  In-person participants will enjoy a fast, flat 5k course down beautiful East Avenue, across the Genesee, along the Riverway Trail and back.  Live race start is 8:30 a.m. Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 4 Meigs St., Rochester, NY.

Virtual participants can choose any distance to run, bike, walk, swim or stroll – anywhere. Recruit your friends and family to participate with you, no matter where they live!

Either way, you’ll feel great knowing your entire registration fee will go directly to Rochester-area organizations providing food, hope and dignity for hungry people.

Thanks to our generous sponsors, donors and volunteers, the 2021 Grocery Run raised more than $55k for Rochester-area food pantries. We hope to do even better this year! Please join us and make a difference!
