Join us for the fastest mile race in Rochester!

This is a fast downhill mile in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with very few turns.

The race day looks like this:

Tuesday, August 23rd :
5:00 PM: Pre-race party – vendors and packet pickup at Rochester Running Company.
6:10 – 6:25 PM: Review of running mechanics – The importance of mid-foot striking and getting in shape before you run.
6:30 – 6:45 PM: Dynamic warm up
7:00 PM: 1 Mile Downhill Mile Race in Mt. Hope Cemetery.
7:30 PM: Post-race party – at Rochester Running Company

This is meant to be a low cost event but enjoying getting out with friends and seeing how fast you can run a mile or, if this is your first mile, to prove to yourself you can!
