The Penfield Education Foundation (PEF) is excited to be hosting the fourth annual PEF 5K with the support of our Premier Sponsor, Family First Credit Union. This race/walk will start and end at the Penfield High School track on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at 9am. This community 5K race/walk is intended to provide a morning of healthy exercise while supporting the Penfield Education Foundation (PEF). Children’s races will follow the running of the 5K. Post-race refreshments provided by Wegmans.

Register by April 5 to receive a long sleeved cotton t-shirt. Also, the first 250 registrants receive a Nalgene water bottle. Packet pick-up will take place at Family First Federal Credit Union on Browncroft Blvd from 9am – 12pm on Saturday, April 22nd

The primary goal of PEF is to raise funds to provide grants for school programs that are not supported through the District’s own budget and to support the awarding of scholarships to further the education of Penfield Central School District students. The PEF 5K is the main fundraiser to support these grants and scholarships.
