Town of Ogden Parks and Recreation/ Kiwanis Club of Spencerport Pineway Ponds Park 5K Run/Walk (In-Person & Virtual Options) & 1 Mile Family Run/Walk(Virtual)

September 24, 2022 (virtual option will take place September 16-18, 2022)

IN-PERSON 5K RUN/WALK  
Prior to August 22- $25; shirt guaranteed.

August 22- September 16- $30; shirt first come, first served (limited supply available)

September 17-24- $35; shirts not available

Location:  Pineway Ponds Park, Spencerport NY.  Our course is certified to be accurate by USATF #NY15107KL.   5K Race is primarily roads, beginning and ending at Pineway Ponds Park.

Current COVID-safe guidelines and maximums will be in place (and emailed to pre-registered participants).  No refunds or transfers.

VIRTUAL 5K RUN/WALK and 1 MILE FAMILY RUN/WALK
Prior to August 22- $20; shirt guaranteed.

On/After August 22- September 11- $25; shirt first come, first served (limited supply available)

September 12-18- $30; shirts not available

No refunds or transfers.

SWAG
Register prior to August 22 to be guaranteed an official Pineway Ponds 5K t-shirt and gift bag!  Sorry, we are unable to mail shirts and other swag to virtual participants.

AWARDS
Prizes will be awarded for the top male/female runners for the IN-PERSON event.  Virtual participants may be eligible for prizes through our social media outlets.

Based on the current COVID-19 pandemic, extra precautions may be made to ensure the safety of our staff, participants, and community.  Guidelines, if necessary will be released prior to the in-person event.

By registering for this event, you are acknowledging that the date, time, location and distance of the race may be changed, switched to virtual, or cancelled at any time as deemed necessary.  In this event, there will be no refunds, transfers, or deferrals unless otherwise stated.
