The 5K for FA is a 5K trail run and a 2 mile walk. The course winds and loops through the woods of Parma Town Park. Seasoned runners call the course a moderate challenge, due to a number of hills. A family event, the 5K for FA also offers a free fun run for kids ages 2-10.

St. Lawrence School presents the Annual Run for the Young 5K Run / 1-Mile Walk on May 4, 2019. The 5K race will start at 9:30 am, start and finish of the race are at the school grounds. This is a fast, flat, chip-timed course through the surrounding neighborhoods.
