The Oatka 5k run/walk is for all types of runners and walkers. The Oatka 5k coincides with the triathlon. The course takes runners through the beautiful village of Le Roy before ending on the creek bank off of Main Street!
Wood Library’s annual 5K, Fun Run and Story Walk raises money for the library’s summer youth programs. We get more than 180 runners from as far away as California, Texas, Florida, and from all over the Rochester and Finger Lakes regions.
This year, we’re raising funds for giraffe conservation, and creating awareness about the need to protect this species. A great event for competitive and casual runners, walkers, and families alike, participants of all ages enjoy the picturesque course through Seneca Park Zoo and adjacent Seneca Park.
We are inspired by the Rochester Mile and the McMullen Mile and would love to give Rochester more opportunities to run your best mile. This is a fast downhill mile in the Mt. Hope Cemetery with very few turns.
Taking place along the north end of Canandaigua Lake, this 2nd Annual 5k Run and Walk will follow Kershaw Park, through Lagoon Park and end near Canandaigua Crossfit. This event is a fundraiser for The Community Support Center, a not-for-profit organization focused on building healthy lives through Connection, Purpose and Creativity.
5K Certified Course along the Lake Ontario pathway. Saturday, August 3, 2019. Race starts at 5:00 p.m. Walk or Run. Awards and prizes given out immediately following the race. Festival immediately following the race with food, beer/wine garden, live music and more!
