Medved 5K to Cure ALS

The Medved 5k to Cure ALS features a scenic course that starts right in front of Frontier Field, runs down toward Oak Street, and eventually takes you onto State Street. From State Street you turn right onto Main Street and then you take a right onto Plymouth. The race finishes inside Frontier Field, just behind home plate.

Pineway Ponds Park 5K Run/Walk

This is a certified 5K course, beginning and ending at Pineway Ponds Park. The course is primarily roads, winding through the Village of Spencerport and the Erie Canal. A relatively flat course, with 2 bridge crossings.

Beat Brain Cancer 5k

This 5k run/1 mile walk is an event that welcomes all ages and experience levels. We encourage wheelchair participants, strollers etc. to join us for this fun event. Participants for the walk are encouraged to bring their whole family, and children under 5 are free! The race begins at East Rochester High School and runs along the roads of the Village of East Rochester and ends back at the High School for awards and refreshments. The proceeds from this event will be donated to a family who is fighting brain cancer.
