Timed Event

Join us again for our annual 5k/1mile fun run/walk! We adapted our fundraiser for the safety and needs of our community last year and it was a great success. We have decided until further notice this is the way to best run our event…. virtual! This race continues to be one of the largest fundraisers for Angels of Mercy NY and we are so grateful fo the continued support. We have been able to serve over 1500 women in the community this year alone by providing them clothing, personal hygiene items, shoes, coats, hats gloves, accessories and resources all while offering a no contact experience. This fundraiser is the best way to help our organization right now as the donations and drives have been extremely generous this year!

You can choose to run, walk or choose a different event! Just click on activity of choose when signing up if running and walking is not your exercise of choice. Also, if you would rather not participate you can choose to simply donate to AOM.

WHEN:

Anytime during August 11th and August 17th

PROCESS:

Choose your own 5k, 1 mile or any distance you want route. You can walk, bike, run, hike or choose “Other” Activity and do whatever you would like! We encourage you to dance, do an at home work out, row, roller blade, the options are endless!

WHERE:

Where ever you would like! It’s your race!

ENTRY FEES:

$25 before JULY 21st, $30 after that until race day

GIVEAWAYS:

Every participant who would like will receive a shirt as long as you are registered by “Race Day”, August 11th. If you sign up after August 11th shirt sizes and availability are limited and not guaranteed.

PACKET PICKUP:

If you are local and able to pick up your packet at our office

you can pick up at the following dates: Monday, August 9th from 10-2pm, Tuesday August 10th from 10-2pm or 5-7pm

If you are unable or would rather your swag shipped to you that is an option also! Please email us after signing up at Angelsofmercyny@aol.com with  your name and mailing information. (Packet pick up is preferred for local particpants as we have to pay for shipping)  ** Participants wanting swag shipped must be registered by August 1st to guarantee delivery by race day, August 11th.
