The opposite of addiction is not sobriety. The opposite of addiction is connection.”
— Johann Hari

This year we will be hosting our race Virtually because the fight against the opioid crisis can not take a year off.

This year you can complete your virtual 5K any time between 10/30 and 11/6 and post your time online. We encourage you to run, walk, bike or complete your 5k miles however you best enjoy! All participants who register before October 16th will receive the 2020 Painted Pinky 5K shirt.

A race to support an end to the Opioid Epidemic.

The Painted Pinky 5k is named in honor of a beloved member of the Canandaigua community who was known for her unique nail art and love for running. Her friends and family have created this memorial event to raise funds and awareness to fight and end the Opioid crisis in not only our community, but our country. By joining us for a morning of community connection your donation will support The Partnership for Ontario County programs as well as Ontario County ARC. Both organizations strive to connect the community and provide a positive outlet for all community members.
