This is the 6th year of the St. Peter’s Running with the Angels race(s). In early 2017, we lost the race founder, Wendell Hercules, a staple member of the church, the community, and the Rochester running scene in recent years. In his honor, the race was renamed with his namesake.

The 10k route is very diverse and challenging – 1 mile cross-country, 3 miles on the Lehigh Valley Trail, and the rest on local roads. The 5k route is a friendly, flat road course through the quiet neighborhood around St. Peter’s.

Runners praise the great selection of food combined with the unique early afternoon race start.
This includes BBQ chicken, pizza, homemade soups, and much more.

Join us for great food, great people, and most importantly, to honor Wendell.
