The Golisano Children's Hospital Stroll for Strong Kids & 5K is a fun-filled event benefiting thousands of children in our community by supporting Golisano Children's Hospital. The 5K begins at 8:30am near Genesee Valley Park's Elmwood Avenue entrance. At 10:30 there will be a 1.5 mile stroll through Genesee Valley Park.

The course was certified in 2010 by the USA Track and Field (NY09115KL). The course includes a few slightly rolling hills and runs partially along the towpath of the Erie Canal.
