The Cystic Fibrosis Turkey Trot is a 5K run/walk in Wyoming, NY, on Thanksgiving morning. The route is flat and travels through the village of Wyoming. All proceeds will benefit Cystic Fibrosis charities.

The 20th Annual Medved 5k to Cure ALS features a scenic course that starts right in front of Frontier Field, runs down toward Oak Street, and eventually takes you onto State Street. From State Street you turn right onto Main Street and then you take a right onto Plymouth. The race finishes inside Frontier Field, just behind home plate.

This family friendly course encompasses the natural beauty of Meridian Centre Park through the flat trails and finishes along the Historic Erie Canal. Proceeds from this event will allow Angels of Mercy to expand their services and support women that have been victims of abuse and trafficking.

The Heritage Hero is a 1K walk, 5K race and kids dash, and new this year a 10K race that supports people with developmental disabilities, children and seniors through the work of Heritage Christian Services. The event will again be hosted for the second year in a row at the ever popular Seabreeze Amusement Park in Rochester!

This year, we’re raising funds for giraffe conservation, and creating awareness about the need to protect this species. A great event for competitive and casual runners, walkers, and families alike, participants of all ages enjoy the picturesque course through Seneca Park Zoo and adjacent Seneca Park.
