This event benefits patients of the Wilmot Cancer Institute’s Sands Cancer Center at UR Medicine’s Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, with proceeds specifically going to the Patient Special Needs Fund, so local patients can pay for supplies and procedures not covered by insurance.
The Heritage Hero is a 1K walk, 5K race and kids dash, and new this year a 10K race that supports people with developmental disabilities, children and seniors through the work of Heritage Christian Services. The event will again be hosted for the second year in a row at the ever popular Seabreeze Amusement Park in Rochester!
Back for our 7th year, the Wilmot Warrior Walk is a family fun event where anyone impacted by any kind of cancer can join us as we support cancer research and survivorship in our area.
Every woman is at risk for developing a gynecologic cancer. Help us draw attention to these diseases, which pose significant threats to women’s health. Race proceeds go to Cancer Wellness Connections
the ROCovery X-Challenge offers a little something X-tra for those running on the trail course. Anyone up for the challenge and who would like to participate in the X-Challenge, will complete push-ups, air squats and burpees AT EACH MILE!
This is our 15th Annual Friends & Family 5K and fun walk. The event features a beautiful country course and country theme to go with it. Plenty of great food and live music, too, for the post party! Funds raised benefit education through the Mary Anne Graney Memorial Scholarship as well as program and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Genesee and Orleans counties.
Homecoming Fun for the entire family! The Monroe Community College Foundation is sponsoring the 5K Walk/Run for Scholarships on Saturday, October 5, 2019. The race begins at 11:00 with pre-race activities beginning at 9:30. The event includes commemorative t-shirt, children's activities, photo booth, free on-site parking.
This is the 6th year of the St. Peter’s Running with the Angels races. The 10k route is very diverse and challenging – 1 mile cross-country, 3 miles on the Lehigh Valley Trail, and the rest on local roads. The 5k route is a friendly, flat road course through the quiet neighborhood around St. Peter’s.
